Covenant
Recover marriage and household life as promises carried faithfully under Christ.
Eight-session founding course
A Scripture-centered path for building a faithful marriage, forming a strong household, raising faithful Christians, repairing what is broken, and handing a living inheritance forward.
The household calling
The household is not a retreat from Christian culture. It is where Christian culture is first taught, practiced, remembered, repaired, and handed forward.
The purpose
Strong homes are not produced by nostalgia, appearance, or good intentions. They are built through covenant kept in ordinary time: prayer, work, truth, responsibility, affection, correction, repentance, hospitality, and service.
This course is designed for individual adults, married couples, parents and guardians, adult-led groups, and churches. Children may join family practices under direct adult leadership; member tools remain for adults.
What this path forms
The course moves from covenant to order, from order to formation, and from formation to a home capable of serving beyond itself.
Recover marriage and household life as promises carried faithfully under Christ.
Give prayer, work, rest, responsibility, money, and hospitality an intentional shape.
Raise faithful Christians through repeated truth, worship, example, discipline, and love.
Send the strength of the household outward in service, belonging, memory, and legacy.
The complete founding course
Read each passage in context. Use the formation question honestly, then complete one concrete household practice before moving forward.
Session 1 of 8
Read first · Genesis 1:26–28 · Genesis 2:18–24 · Joshua 24:14–15 · Colossians 3:12–17
A Christian household is a sphere of covenant, belonging, worship, work, formation, hospitality, responsibility, and service ordered under the lordship of Christ.
What is already forming the loves, loyalties, habits, speech, and expectations of our home—and which influence has gone largely unexamined?
Write a one-sentence household mission beginning, “Under Christ, our home will be a place where…” Name three practices that would make the sentence visible.

Session 1 of 8
Carry it into the home
The course gives the why. These tools help a household choose the next repeatable practice, printable, conversation, or act of service.
A necessary boundary
Christian teaching about marriage and family never requires a person to submit to violence, coercion, sexual abuse, threats, stalking, the endangerment of children, or other criminal harm. Immediate safety, truthful disclosure, lawful protection, and qualified pastoral, clinical, legal, or emergency help may be necessary. Forgiveness does not erase accountability or automatically restore access and trust.
